TenderHeart acknowledges that there are various systems in place that make it difficult for clinicians to access much needed resources in order to bloom into a sustainable practice. TenderHeart aims to make resources and knowledge available to all interested in expanding their clinical goals, regardless of financial status. While all pricing is non-negotiable, we will work with you on payment options that work best for your budget. TenderHeart Guidance will never withhold services due to financial hardship. ​

Getting in-network with insurance
Let us do the heavy lifting! We'll send you a few documents to fill out related to your practice the clinician you want paneled. TenderHeart will submit your application, share all copies of correspondance and check on the status of your application every 2 to 4 weeks.
$350 per application, per provider

Applying for licensure in other states via reciprocity
Licensed in your home state but want to expand into other states? Let TenderHeart research the requirements associated with the licensure application. We'll communicate with all third parties to get all components of your licensure application complete, like your transcripts, your exam scores, etc.

Training Internal Admin Teams
It always feel great when you you don't need to outsource your operations! TenderHeart has extesive experience in training admin teams on billing, navigating EHR systems, working denied claims and credetialing. Additionally, we'll provide training guides and summaries of each training session for your team to use for future use.
$200 per hour

Credentialing "How To" Guide
TenderHeart prides itself on providing short-term services. The goal is to empower clinicians to use this knowledge for future operations and our credentialing guide is a direct reflection of that! The guide contains step by step directions on applying your providers to the insurance(s) of your choice along with links to each application and screenshots for more complex applications.

Electronic Remittance (ERA) & Electronic Funds Tranfer (ERA) Set-up
We need to get you paid!! EFT applications are completed once you are in-network with insurance and are about to submit claims out to payers. ERAs are summaries of each payment that are posted to your EHR account. Therefore, ERA applications are specific to the EHR system you use.
$100 per application

"A La Carte" Billing Support
Your practice is well established but you run into some funky denials, rejections or questions from time to time. This service can be helpful in resolving a few claims or patient accounts without full oversight of the revenue cycle process.

Consultation: Practice Expansion / Starting your own private practice
This package is recommended for clinicians looking to venture off on their own. You'll be provided with a step-by-step process of absolutely everything you need to know to get started. We'll talk about EMR/EHR systems, getting your practice set up with an NPI and how to get your practice in-network with insurance. You'll receive a guide and summary of all items discussed in the consultation along with a customizable proposal sheet on how to make your practice goals a reality.
$200 per hour

Consultation: Billing Support
TenderHeart offers guidance on how to bill claims in order to ensure sucessful payouts. We offer reccomendations on incident-to billing, supervisory protocols and navigating telehealth versus in-person claims.

Provider Maintenance
TenderHeart will manage your practice and provider directories with all contracted payer portals, Availity, CAQH & NPPES (NPI). TenderHeart will send you a secure google doc for you to complete your practice and provider demographics. Upload your logins in a password protected folder & done!
